Responsibilities

• Inspect and evaluate physical condition of condos/rooms daily.
• Maintain regular attendance according to scheduling needs.
• Ensure proper uniform and appearance.
• Comply with hotel standards and regulations.
• Complete work orders for maintenance and repairs.
• Follow up on job completion.
• Inventory supplies and alert manager for needed items.
• Inspect equipment for proper working condition.
• Communicate with each owner as needed.
• Plan work schedules for adequate service.
• Assist with daily paperwork.
• Maintain a professional attitude.
• Assist Room Attendants when needed.
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager.
