Job summary

Peachtree Group is seeking Room Inspectors in Livonia, MI to ensure cleanliness and condition standards in guest accommodations. You will record inspection results, resolve guest complaints, and help maintain high-quality service across rooms and public areas.

• Prepare and distribute assignment sheets to assigned staff and review priorities.
• Assign designated Guest room keys and radios to assigned staff and maintain accurate records of such; ensure security of keys.
• Oversees and conducts guest room inspections.
• Assists housekeepers with daily tasks when needed.
• Assisting other housekeeping team members to ensure top quality guest service.
