Job summary

The Room Attendant will be responsible for the daily ownership and operational execution of the Housekeeping Department at Peachtree Group. You will clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards and assist guests with requests, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction.

This role requires teamwork with the housekeeping staff, attention to detail, and the ability to report damages and lost items to management.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards.
• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival.
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel.
• Perform laundry duties as necessary.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms.
• Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times.
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary.
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management.
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager.
