Job summary

Osage Casinos in Ponca City, Oklahoma seeks a Hotel Housekeeper to clean and straighten guest rooms, corridors, elevators, and service areas, including linen transport and stocking supplies to Company Standards.

You will move furniture as needed, respond to guest service requests, perform room cleaning to property standards, and follow safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines while working as part of a team on varied shifts.

Qualifications

• Read, write, speak and understand English.

• Knowledge of safety hazards and procedures.

• Knowledge of sanitation laws (local, state, and federal).

Responsibilities

• Restock Hotel Supply Areas at start of shift.
• Move furniture as needed to facilitate cleaning to standards.
• Respond to In-Room Guest Service Calls for towels, linens, amenities.
• Collect soiled towels/linens and transport to designated areas.
• Vacuum hallways, elevators, and guest room floors.
• Dust walls, woodwork, windows, doors, and sills.
• Make guest room deliveries and clean rooms per standards.
• Empty carts and wastebaskets; follow maintenance requests.
