Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within allotted time using sweeping, mopping, scrubbing or vacuuming.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities as needed.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures; clean walls and surfaces.
• Notify managers about repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Handle lost and found items per policy.
• Follow safety procedures; wear PPE and observe OSHA standards.
• Perform housekeeping and lobby duties during peak periods or staffing shortfalls.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to improve departmental and overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
