The role requires professional guest interaction and strict adherence to privacy and security procedures. Typical duties include restocking amenities, reporting maintenance issues, and coordinating with housekeeping to ensure timely room turnover.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or a related role is a plus.
• Able to follow cleaning protocols and safety standards.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple rooms efficiently.
• Good communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms according to standards (dust, vacuum, change linens, beds).
• Sanitize bathrooms and maintain fixtures and amenities.
• Dust and wipe furniture and surfaces in guest rooms and public areas.
• Restock toiletries, towels, and linens in rooms.
• Empty trash and replace liners in rooms and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in rooms and hallways.
