Qualifications

• This is a physically demanding role requiring standing for long periods.
• Lifts up to 50 pounds when assisting with supplies or guest items.
• Bends and kneels to clean and arrange rooms as needed.
• Reading, writing and basic math skills are required for daily records and guest needs.
• Flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms to exacting standards.
• Assist guests with requests and provide helpful service.
• Inform supervisor of progress or any issues or shortages.
• Monitor and manage supplies to minimize waste.
• Locate and return lost items to guests.
• Participate in periodic deep-cleaning tasks.
