Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Room Attendant to join our team. The role focuses on cleaning and sanitizing guest rooms and public spaces to hotel standards, stocking supplies, and supporting guest needs while following safety procedures.

The position emphasizes a service culture, teamwork, and flexibility to ensure a positive guest experience across multiple properties and shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Team-oriented mindset with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Knowledge of cleanliness standards and hotel service expectations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned and sanitized to company standards.
• Ensure rooms have clean linen, bedding and towels.
• Follow safety and security procedures as required by the hotel.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel property, staff, services, and surroundings.
• Stock rooms with soap, tissues, glasses, etc.
• Identify items guests leave behind and report per lost & found procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
