Responsibilities

• Cleans and services assigned guest rooms and bathrooms according to procedures and standards.
• Changes sheets, makes beds and vacuums in both stay-over and check-out guest rooms.
• Dusts room surfaces including furniture and fixtures.
• Cleans mirrors and reports maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Notifies front desk when service is complete to enable room sale.
• Maintains linen cart and supplies neat and organized.
• Ensures security of equipment, keys, and supplies.
• Responds to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner.
• Keeps maid station clean and organized and makes rollaway beds.
• Provides a professional image through appearance and dress.
• Follows company policies and procedures.
