Job summary

JL Hospitality Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated housekeeping team member to maintain cleanliness of assigned rooms and suites. You will greet guests warmly, stock supplies, and report any maintenance needs to ensure rooms meet brand standards.

Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms, making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and ensuring guest comfort. This role supports a hospitality environment operating seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Ability to arrive to work on time and when scheduled.
• Physically able to move large objects such as carts, large bags of linen, ironing board.
• Physically able to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuum cleaners, brooms, spray bottles.
• Ability to read and recognize room numbers.
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and associates.
• Ability to learn, follow and enforce cleanliness standards.
• Ability to follow all safety procedures and respond to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Check cart for supplies, stock as needed.
• Greet guests immediately with friendly acknowledgement.
• Strip dirty linens and remove used amenities from room/suite.
• Clean rooms/suites including beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and washing windows/tracks.
• Report rooms as clean and available and report maintenance deficiencies.
