JL Hospitality Management seeks a Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness in assigned rooms and suites and to report maintenance issues to uphold brand standards.

You will greet guests, restock amenities, and ensure timely service while following safety and cleanliness guidelines in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to arrive to work on time.
• Physically able to move large objects such as carts, linen bags, ironing boards.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall cleanliness of assigned room/suites.
• Strip dirty linens / towels and remove used amenities from room/suite.
• Clean rooms/suites including making beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and windows/tracks.
• Replenish linen and guest amenities.
• Respond to special requests by guests.
• Ensure room/suite complies with brand standards.
