esacareers is seeking a Housekeeper to clean guest rooms in line with company standards, promoting an outstanding guest experience. The role emphasizes adherence to guidelines, safety, and outstanding service while supporting broader hotel cleanliness and operations.

The position involves assisting with other areas as needed and completing required training. You will work in a fast-paced environment focused on high-quality guest satisfaction and teamwork.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.
• Ability to follow guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Strong communication with manager and staff.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guest rooms following company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of carts, cart rooms and laundry areas.
• Stock carts and cart rooms as directed by management.
• Report maintenance issues to the front desk/manager on duty.
• Report any remaining guest property in checkout rooms to the front desk/manager.
• Assist and accommodate guest requests when possible.
• Comply with safety and security policies and procedures.
• Complete Extended Stay University training.
• Assist with cleaning other hotel areas as assigned.
• Maintain overall hotel cleanliness.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
