You will follow cleanliness procedures, report maintenance needs, assist with guest requests when possible, and complete required training to ensure safety and quality across all areas of the hotel.

Qualifications

• No prior experience or training required.

Responsibilities

• Cleans assigned guest rooms per standards.
• Maintains housekeeping carts, carts rooms and laundry areas to standard.
• Stocks carts as directed by management.
• Reports maintenance issues to front desk and/or manager on duty.
• Reports left guest property in a check-out room to front desk and manager on duty.
• Assists guests with reasonable accommodations when possible.
