AC Hotel Residence Inn Dallas Galleria is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to clean guest rooms, respond to guest requests, and ensure a high-quality, comfortable stay for guests in a busy hotel setting.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, up to one year of room attendant experience, and the flexibility to work weekends and holidays while delivering friendly service to all associates and guests.

Qualifications

• High attention to detail.
• One year experience in similar role preferred.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Ability to interact with all associates and guests of the hotel.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guest expectations
• Clean guest rooms as assigned, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming
• Change and replenish bed linens, towels and guest amenities as needed
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed
• Stock, maintain and transport housekeeping supply cart daily
• Dispose of trash and recyclables
• Respond to special guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Demonstrate teamwork responsiveness when asked to do any task consistent with AC Hotel Irvine's standards
• Organized and great attention to detail
