Qualifikationen

• Cleaning and servicing assigned guest rooms to hotel standards.
• Keep an organized linen cart stocked and tidy.
• Report areas needing attention such as fixtures, locks, TVs, HVAC.
• Maintain security of equipment, keys, and supplies issued to you.
• Report lost and found items to your supervisor.
• Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.

Aufgaben

• Clean and service guest rooms in a timely, organized manner following hotel standards.
• Maintain an organized linen cart, stocked and ready for use.
• Notify supervisor of any maintenance issues or safety concerns in rooms.
• Safely handle and secure all equipment and supplies issued to you.
• Report lost and found items to the supervisor promptly.
• Provide friendly, prompt assistance to guests and address requests.
