Job summary

Legacy Ventures' Dillard House Mountain Farm Resort in Dillard, GA is hiring a Room Attendant. You will perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, replenish supplies, and maintain public areas to meet hotel standards.

The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and good communication with guests and team members. Prior hotel or resort experience is preferred; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Hotel/Resort setting preferable.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and restock the required number of guest rooms per shift, adhering to company and brand standards.
• Complete all pre-cleaning duties such as setting up cleaning carts with supplies and linens.
• Remove trash and dirty linens from guest rooms.
• Ensure all hallways, public areas, and closets are clean, neat, and vacuumed.
• Report missing items or maintenance issues in guest rooms to the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle "Lost and Found" items according to hotel standards.
• Maintain effective communication with guests, team members, and management.
• Follow procedures as outlined by the Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
