Job summary

Hawks Cay Resort in Marathon, FL is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas. You will clean bathrooms, make beds with fresh linen, dust surfaces, and vacuum daily while ensuring all amenities are replenished according to hotel SOPs.

You will respond to guest requests promptly, report maintenance needs, and communicate completion of tasks to your supervisor. Previous hotel housekeeping experience is required; hotel experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of housekeeping experience in a commercial setting; hotel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and bathrooms to hotel standards.
• Make beds with clean linen and replenish amenities.
• Dust surfaces, vacuum rooms daily, and maintain cleanliness.
• Replace room amenities and literature as prescribed by SOPs.
• Return lost items to housekeeping and communicate room status to supervisor.
• Attend all meetings related to housekeeping.
