Job summary

Hyatt Place Austin Downtown is actively seeking a friendly Housekeeper to keep guest rooms spotless and welcoming. This on-site role offers growth opportunities and a path to guest-service excellence.

Starting at $15.75 per hour plus tips, the position requires reliability, weekend availability, and strong attention to cleanliness. Prior cleaning experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest quality of service to guests and exceed expectations.
• Ensure guest rooms and bathrooms are clean, sanitary, and sparkling.
• Strip dirty linen, empty trash, clean bathrooms, make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock rooms.
• Maintain housekeeping cart and restock supplies.
• Self-inspect rooms and report completion to supervisor.
