Hilton Garden Inn Florence is seeking a Room Attendant responsible for the daily ownership and execution of the Housekeeping Department, communicating with guests and staff to service guest rooms and maintain standards. You will clean and service rooms, prepare rooms for arrival, maintain common areas, perform laundry, stock supplies, and assist guests while reporting damages and lost items.

Qualifications

• Comfortable communicating with guests and Housekeeping staff.
• Able to perform daily housekeeping tasks to standards.
• Strong focus on customer service and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to standards.
• Prepare rooms for guest arrival and maintain room cleanliness.
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel.
• Perform laundry duties as necessary.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms.
• Ensure a high level of customer service at all times.
• Assist guests with requests and questions.
• Report damages or repairs to management.
• Report lost and found items to Housekeeping Manager.
