The St. Joe Company seeks a Room Attendant at Homewood Suites by Hilton - Panama City Beach, FL to clean and service guest rooms, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and guest comfort. You will report any defects and assist with tasks to maintain exceptional guest experiences.

Ideal candidates demonstrate attention to detail, reliable English communication, and teamwork. Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read product labels and communicate with guests about job-related needs.
• Basic English reading/writing and communication skills preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle a mix of check-out and stay-over cleaning on daily basis.
• Turn on lights and prepare room for cleaning.
• Replace linens, make beds, and tidy bathrooms.
• Clean surfaces, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors.
• Stock amenities and fresh towels; remove trash per procedures.
• Ensure room security and privacy; complete deep cleans as directed.
• Meet company standards and assist with other duties as needed.
