Concord is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms in our Austin-area properties. You will perform beds, baths, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities, and report maintenance issues while upholding brand standards and safety procedures.

The role requires attention to detail, strong time management, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Weekend and holiday availability is required; benefits are provided for full-time associates.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Reliable, organized, and safety-focused.
• Basic communication and guest service skills.
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms to brand and productivity standards.
• Perform full cleaning (beds, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, restocking amenities).
• Inspect rooms for quality and report maintenance issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked linen cart and workspace.
• Update room status and complete required reports.
• Follow key control, safety, and lost-and-found procedures.
• Respond to guest needs and support team operations as needed.
