Strong attention to detail and guest service are essential, with weekend availability required to support peak periods. You will follow established cleaning standards, operate safely with cleaning chemicals, and collaborate with supervisors to meet daily room goals.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping, cleaning, or similar experience preferred but not always required.
• Strong attention to detail and high standard of cleanliness.
• Ability to work weekends and a flexible schedule, including holidays as needed.
• Capable of lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms according to established standards.
• Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries and towels.
• Inspect rooms for cleanliness and reporting deficiencies.
• Ensure all rooms completed within shift with high quality.
• Follow safety and sanitation procedures and use of cleaning chemicals.
• Handle guest requests and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in organized condition.
• Protect guest privacy and property by following procedures.
• Assist with cleaning hallways and public areas as needed.
• Collaborate with team to meet daily room assignment goals.
• Work scheduled shifts including weekends and holidays.
