Job summary

Kolter Hospitality in Orlando is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain clean, comfortable, and inviting guest rooms. You will perform cleaning tasks, change linens, and ensure bathrooms are spotless while delivering friendly, helpful service to guests.

You will push and pull housekeeping carts, restock amenities, respond to guest requests, and report maintenance issues. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and working holidays/weekends with a focus on safety and high standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping is preferred but not required.
• Ability to demonstrate guest service excellence and positive attitude.
• Wlexibility to work holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms as assigned.
• Change linens and make the beds.
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms.
• Sweep, vacuum, dust, mop, and pick up trash.
• Replenish guest amenities/toiletries.
• Load and organize cart, store properly at the end of each shift.
• Respond to guest requests and report guest issues.
• Follow safety procedures while working.
• Follow lost and found procedures for items left behind.
