Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant for the AC by Marriott Orlando location. The role focuses on maintaining a clean, comfortable, and inviting environment for guests by cleaning rooms, changing linens, replenishing amenities, and ensuring safety procedures are followed.

The position requires the ability to work holidays and weekends, with physical capability to push/pull heavy carts and lift up to 50 lbs. Prior housekeeping experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Education: High School or GED is preferred.
• Experience: Prior Housekeeping experience is preferred, but not required.
• Hours Required: Must be able to work holidays and weekends. Hours may vary based on occupancy levels and hotel needs.
• Other Requirements: Ability to clearly understand and communicate with guests; push/pull/lift requirements as listed.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms as assigned.
• Change linens and make the beds.
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms.
• Sweep, vacuum, dust, mop, and pick up trash.
• Replenish guest amenities/toiletries.
• Load and organize cart, store properly at the end of each shift.
• Receive keys and assigned rooms return at the end of each shift.
• Respond to guest requests and report guest issues.
