Driftwood Hospitality Management is seeking a dedicated Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to the company’s standards at a Raleigh, NC property. This full-time position operates in a 24/7 hospitality environment with varying shift times.

Responsibilities include stocking supplies, following safe cleaning procedures, and ensuring rooms meet quality guidelines. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and a neat appearance as part of the team.

• PHYSICAL DEMANDS include lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Stocks housekeeping supplies and amenities for each room.
• Observes knocking procedures before entering a guest room.
• Cleans the assigned guest rooms and ensures amenities are stocked.
• Marks clean rooms for supervisor inspection.
• Reports damages or hazards in guest rooms.
• Secures guest room doors when exiting the room.
• Keeps corridors and service areas neat at all times.
• Turns in lost and found items and all guest room keys.
• Follows safety and security procedures and rules.
• Maintains neat, clean and well groomed appearance.
• Performs related duties as requested by management.
• Assists other housekeeping personnel when needed.
