Peachtree Group is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain cleanliness and comfort for our guests in Lindale, TX. You will work with the housekeeping team to clean and service guest rooms to hotel standards, ensuring guest satisfaction from arrival to departure.

Daily responsibilities include cleaning rooms and common areas, assisting guests with requests, and reporting issues to management. A strong focus on customer service and teamwork helps support a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate with guests and housekeeping team.
• Maintain cleanliness to hotel standards.
• Provide high level of customer service at all times.
• Stock and organize housekeeping supply rooms.
• Assist guests with requests and questions as needed.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms according to standards.
• Prepare rooms for guest arrival.
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel.
• Perform laundry duties as necessary.
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms.
• Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times.
• Assist guests with requests and questions.
• Report damages or repairs needed to management.
• Report lost and found items to Housekeeping Manager.
