Job summary

AC Hotel Austin Hill Country in Austin, TX is seeking a Room Attendant responsible for the daily ownership and execution of Housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and servicing guest rooms to hotel standards.

You will communicate with guests and Housekeeping staff, work as part of a team, perform laundry as needed, stock supplies, and deliver friendly, high‑quality service while reporting issues to management.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures
• Clean and arrange guest rooms to hotel standards for guest arrival
• Clean and maintain common areas of the hotel
• Perform laundry duties as necessary
• Stock and maintain housekeeping supply rooms
• Ensure a high level of customer service is performed at all times
• Assist guests with requests and questions as necessary
• Report any damages or repairs needed to management
• Report all lost and found items to the Housekeeping Manager
