Responsibilities

• Notify supervisor about rooms out of order for maintenance concerns.
• Clean hotel rooms and public spaces daily.
• Change bedding, including duvet covers, between guests.
• Maintain inventory of linens, cleaning supplies, and amenities.
• Keep storage rooms stocked with par supplies.
• Report deficiencies in rooms or public areas to the right person.
• Know where you are located in the hotel at all times.
• Assist in completing projects like mattress rotation and deep cleaning.
• Notify supervisor of stock shortages or faulty equipment.
• Be knowledgeable about hotel services and amenities.
• Maintain a high level of cleanliness and safety in the work area.
• Follow OSHA safety and sanitation regulations.
