Job summary

Texas Western Hospitality Group is seeking an attentive housekeeper to clean and service guest rooms in a fast-paced environment in Dallas.

You will change sheets, make beds, dust, clean bathrooms, report maintenance issues, and replenish supplies, ensuring rooms meet brand standards and guest satisfaction.

This on-site role requires a friendly demeanor and reliability, with the ability to respond quickly to guest requests and maintain a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift and carry supplies (up to 25 lbs).
• Flexibility to work without daily supervision.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms and bathrooms.
• Change sheets, make beds and vacuum in both stay-over and check out rooms.
• Dust all surfaces and clean mirrors and fixtures.
• Notify front desk when service is complete to make rooms available for sale.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to supervisor.
• Replenish supplies and maintain organized maid station.
