Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to uphold high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas in Pittsburgh. You will make beds, restock amenities, and perform deep cleaning tasks to ensure guest satisfaction.

Responsabilités

• Clean and service guest rooms to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
• Make beds, change linens, and restock all room amenities and supplies.
• Clean bathrooms, vacuum carpets, dust surfaces, and sanitize all guest room areas.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas as needed, including hallways and common spaces.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks, including detailed room care and periodic maintenance (e.g., filters, touch-up cleaning).
• Operate and maintain housekeeping equipment and carts, ensuring they are fully stocked and organized.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, delivering items and providing friendly service.
• Report maintenance issues or room deficiencies to management.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel operational standards.
• Ensure secure handling of guest belongings and report lost and found items properly.
• Work efficiently to meet daily room quotas and timelines.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain overall hotel cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
