Job summary

Blue Sky Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Lobby Attendant to clean and maintain all hotel public areas, restrooms, and back-of-house spaces. This role requires attention to detail, reliable communication, and the ability to work a variety of shifts to meet guest needs.

The ideal candidate has prior housekeeping experience in a hotel setting, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to safety and cleanliness across all work areas.

Qualifications

• Hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to read and write basic English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Able to communicate via radio and phone.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and services assigned hotel public areas and employee spaces.
• Cleans floor surfaces using designated chemicals, supplies and equipment.
• Dust surfaces in assigned area.
• Empty trash and ash containers in public areas.
• Inspect furniture for tears, rips, stains and report damages.
• Clean and maintain lights; post caution signs when necessary.
• Coordinate with other departments for urgent repairs.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Manage guest requests and negotiate when needed under policy.
