Job summary

BEST WESTERN CORAL HILLS is seeking a part-time housekeeping team member in Kentucky. Starting pay is $15.00/hr with weekends mandatory. You will maintain clean, orderly rooms, assist guests, and work with a team to ensure quick room turnarounds.

Prior housekeeping experience is preferred, and candidates should be reliable, customer-friendly, and capable of performing physical duties. This role includes room cleaning, linen changes, and restroom restocking as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Provide an orderly, clean, & enjoyable environment for guests.
• Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
• Customer-oriented and friendly.
• Previous Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Prioritization and time management skills.
• Ability to perform the physical labor that comes with the responsibilities outlined below.
• Accountable and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging towels, restocking toiletries, vacuuming, dusting, cleaning kitchen supplies, and rearranging rooms after checkout.
• Work quickly & efficiently to maintain a quick room turnaround schedule.
• Report and return guest personal items left behind.
• Rotate cleaning public areas with the team.
• Report cases of property damage.
• Work with a team of housekeepers on each shift.
• Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at shift end.
• Adhere to Brand and Hotel standards in each room.
• Keep access key card secure.
• Follow policies and procedures in the Company Policy Handbook.
