Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly.
• Maintain a sparkling-clean, organized guest room including beds, dusting, vacuuming, and bathrooms.
• Observe guest reactions and ensure satisfaction through teamwork.
• Handle lost and found items per hotel policy.
• Assist with turndown service and room preparation for arrivals.
• Organize linens, supplies, and equipment inventories.
• Report maintenance issues to a Supervisor or Engineer.
