What You Will Tackle:

• Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs, acknowledging all guests at all times.
• Observe guest reactions and collaborate with team members to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints effectively.
• Follow policies regarding lost and found items and safety protocols.
• Promote sanitation, safety, and security efforts consistently.
• Encourage positive reviews and social media feedback.
• Provide a sparkling-clean guest room by making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash, and organizing materials.
• Perform turndown service and prepare rooms for guest arrival.
• Manage inventory of linens and supplies, ensuring safety and organization.
• Inspect and maintain equipment and facilities, reporting issues promptly.
• Adhere to departmental policies and standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Essentials:

• Must be a U.S. citizen or hold a valid work permit.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
