Park MGM, part of MGM Resorts International, seeks a Guest Room Attendant to maintain clean, welcoming rooms and contribute to memorable guest experiences. Your role supports pristine spaces, attention to detail, and consistent service that aligns with the Park MGM standard of excellence.

You will join a team dedicated to WOW moments for guests, helping ensure their stay is comfortable and enjoyable from check-in to check-out.

Formación

• Three (3) months of related experience in housekeeping or hospitality exposure.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Clean guestrooms including making beds, vacuuming, emptying trash, and wiping surfaces.
• Clean bathrooms with proper procedures and chemicals.
• Replenish amenities, folders, soaps, tissues, and towels as needed.
• Place bathmats and restock towels on racks.
• Report any unusual room conditions or repairs required.

STARTING RATE

$25.0833 / Per Hour

DAY-TO-DAY

• Clean guestrooms including making beds, vacuuming, emptying trash, and wiping down or dusting all surfaces
• Clean bathrooms including basins, bathtubs, shower walls and doors, toilets, and tile floors using proper chemicals and cleaning procedures
• Replenish all guest amenities, information folders, soaps, tissues, and other room supplies as needed
• Place clean bathmats on tubs and/or shower doors and restock clean towels on towel racks
• Report unusual room conditions or rooms in need of repair

IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Three (3) months of related experience in housekeeping, or exposure to the hospitality industry and training from the Culinary Training Center
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
