Buffalo Lodging Associates is seeking a Full-Time Room Attendant for the Hampton Inn Enfield. Clean guest rooms and suites, respond to guest requests, and maintain high standards of cleanliness in a hotel setting.

Responsibilities include reporting maintenance issues, and working shifts that may include weekends/holidays. Company offers a range of benefits and opportunities within a growing hotel portfolio.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a hotel setting or open to training.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean rooms/suites as assigned by supervisor, including floors, vacuuming, changing linens, beds, bathrooms.
• Report discrepancies and maintenance problems to supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to guest requests.
• Work typical shifts that include weekends and holidays when required.
