Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms to Langham standards, including baths, beds and surfaces.
• Strip and make beds; change linens as required.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
• Restock amenities, linens and supplies in rooms.
• Use and secure room keys, and maintain cart and storage areas.
• Follow chemical safety rules and hotel procedures for hazardous materials.
• Report suspicious activities or hazards to security.
• Assist other housekeeping staff as needed.
