Job summary

Landry's in Laughlin, NV seeks a Guest Room Attendant to clean guest rooms to high standards, stock amenities, and keep fixtures in good order. You will provide courteous guest service and maintain a welcoming environment for guests.

The role requires physical work, including lifting up to 55 pounds and standing for long periods, with opportunities for advancement and employee discounts. This is a non-tipped position.

Qualifications

• Previous guest service and/or housekeeping experience.
• Team Player with a guest first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms according to guidelines and high standards.
• Stock and display room amenities properly.
• Ensure fixtures are in working order.
• Change bed linen, towels, dust, vacuum, mop, and empty trash.
• Provide courteous, professional guest service in all interactions.
• Move or lift objects up to 55 pounds; assist heavier items.
• Push/pull housekeeping cart and equipment.
• Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods.
• Demonstrate a high level of personalized guest service.
• Communicate to understand guest requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors/Manager.
