Sanibel Harbour Marriott Resort and Spa is seeking a full-time Guest Room Attendant / Housekeeper.

Responsibilities:

• Load and organize the housekeeping cart, keeping it clean and stocked at all times.
• Service and clean assigned rooms according to standards promptly. Tasks include changing linens, making beds, cleaning bathrooms and living areas, collecting trash, and replenishing guest amenities.
• Vacuum floors, change sheets, restock amenities, and anticipate guest needs to ensure satisfaction.
• Report damages or mechanical issues within the resort and guest rooms.
• Follow safety protocols and proper lost and found procedures.
• Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and supervisors.
• Wear proper uniform at all times.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements:

• Must have valid work permit and legal paperwork to work in the USA.

• Flexible availability, including weekends, based on hotel needs.
• Good communication skills with guests.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
