Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels in Scottsdale is seeking a Room Attendant to clean guest rooms and public spaces, following brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

You will respond to guest requests, assist with laundry as needed, and support a teamwork-driven housekeeping team. This role requires reliability, physical stamina, and English fluency; availability mornings, evenings, weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Some previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Previous background from the extended stay industry preferred.
• Ability to speak, read, and write fluent English is preferred; other languages beneficial.
• Basic reading, writing and mathematical abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and public spaces according to established standards.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure corrective action for complete satisfaction.
• Notify supervisor when service is completed and report rooms unable to be serviced.
• If assigned to laundry, handle linens and operate laundry equipment per standards.
• Promote teamwork and maintain health and safety procedures.
