Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team in Scottsdale, AZ. The RA will clean guest rooms and public spaces in line with brand standards, contributing to total guest satisfaction and efficient operations.

You'll report to the Housekeeping Management Team, work mornings/evenings/weekends, and participate in laundry duties when needed. Basic English required; hospitality experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Fluent English preferred; other languages a plus.
• Basic reading, writing, and math abilities preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, climb, kneel, and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sonesta Service in all guest interactions per G.U.E.S.T. standards.
• Respond to guest requests and ensure timely corrective action for satisfaction.
• Clean and service assigned rooms and areas per brand standards; assist with laundry as needed.
• Notify supervisor when service is complete and report any unserviceable rooms.
• Promote teamwork and assist with deep cleaning or repairs as required.
