GUEST ROOM ATTENDANT- HOTEL HOUSEKEEPER (NIGHT)

The Guest Room Attendant is responsible for providing superior service to both internal and external customers. The role involves maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the hotel tower, as directed.

• Provides excellent customer service, interacts positively with guests and staff, and handles difficult customers with resilience.
• Cleans hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, and other designated areas.
• Maintains and cleans all equipment used during shifts.
• Documents duties performed during each shift.
• Reports safety hazards or maintenance issues.
• Follows all security measures.
• Greets guests courteously and assists with issues within their scope.
• Performs duties quietly and orderly, ensuring room quality and service standards.
• Assists with departmental projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of housekeeping experience in hotels, motels, inns, etc.
• Flexible availability, especially on weekends.
• Ability to clean efficiently and effectively.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses/certifications per regulations.

Skills are typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training.
