Job Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service, positively engaging with guests and colleagues, and handling challenging situations professionally.
• Clean hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, and other designated areas efficiently and thoroughly.
• Maintain and clean all equipment used during shifts.
• Document all duties performed during each shift accurately.
• Report safety hazards or maintenance issues promptly.
• Follow all security protocols.
• Greet guests courteously and assist with their needs within established guidelines.
• Perform duties quietly and orderly, ensuring high-quality room standards.
• Assist with department projects as needed.

Qualifications
