Job Description

The Guest Room Attendant provides exceptional service to both internal and external customers. Responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness standards of Belterra Casino Resort throughout the hotel tower as directed.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service, positively interacting with guests and staff, and handle difficult situations with resilience.
• Clean hotel rooms, hallways, linen rooms, and other designated areas.
• Maintain and clean equipment used during shifts.
• Document duties performed during each shift.
• Report safety hazards or maintenance issues.
• Follow all security protocols.
• Greet guests courteously and assist with issues within your scope to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform duties quietly and efficiently.
• Uphold room quality standards through excellent service.
• Assist department projects as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of housekeeping experience in hotels, motels, inns, etc.
• Flexible availability, especially on weekends.
• Ability to clean efficiently and at an acceptable performance rate.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required licenses/certifications per federal, state, and gaming regulations.

Skills and abilities are typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training.
