Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites according to established cleanliness and hygiene standards, including making beds, vacuuming carpets, dusting furniture, and replenishing amenities.
• Ensure linens, towels, and toiletries are stocked and refreshed in guest rooms, reporting deficiencies to housekeeping supervisor.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed, such as shampooing carpets and sanitizing bathrooms.
• Greet guests politely while respecting privacy and confidentiality during cleaning.
• Respond to guest requests and inquiries to enhance their stay experience.
• Report issues or concerns raised by guests to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Collaborate with room attendants and hotel staff to coordinate housekeeping services.
• Communicate status updates and guest preferences to ensure efficient workflow.
• Follow safety protocols and environmental regulations and company policies.
• Report safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor and mitigate risks.
