Waterford Hotel Group is seeking a Room Attendant to create clean, welcoming guest rooms and contribute to a positive guest experience across our properties. You will be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment that values growth and development.

As a Room Attendant, you will service rooms to meet brand standards, respond to guest requests, and collaborate with team members to maintain a consistently high level of hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and responding to queries.
• Changing bed linen and making beds.
• Replacing used towels and other bathroom amenities.
• Sweeping and mopping floors.
• Vacuuming carpets.
• Dusting and polishing furniture.
• Emptying trash containers.
• Cleaning public areas, such as corridors.
• Reporting any maintenance needs.
• Updating status of guest rooms to Supervisors or Managers.
• Returning and restocking cleaning supplies at shift end.
