You will play a key role in upholding brand standards and ensuring comfort, safety, and satisfaction through meticulous room cleaning and attentive service.

You will partner with a team to maintain high levels of cleanliness, manage time efficiently, and address guest requests with a friendly, proactive approach.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and respond to queries.
• Clean and service guest rooms to ensure a pleasant, inviting space.
• Replace used towels and bathroom amenities.
• Change bed linens and make beds.
• Sweep, mop floors, vacuum carpets and dust furniture.
• Report maintenance or technical issues to supervisors.
• Restock cleaning supplies at shift end and update room status.
