Job summary

High Hotels Ltd. is seeking a Full-Time Room Attendant in Lancaster, PA to uphold our brand standards of cleanliness and guest service across our properties. The role involves cleaning guest rooms and common areas, restocking linens, and supporting laundry tasks, with flexibility to cover multiple Lancaster-area locations.

Shifts begin 8:00 AM on weekdays; weekend coverage may be required. Starting pay is $17.33 per hour, with eligibility for increases based on experience.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred.
• The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• The ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20lbs.
• The ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
• The ability to support any property owned by High Hotels, Ltd. in the Lancaster, PA area.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean guest rooms and common areas to brand standards within the allotted time.
• Vacuum carpet and furniture.
• Clean and dust furniture.
• Clean kitchenettes and wash dishes in suites.
• Clean the guest room bathroom.
• Clean high touch areas to meet COVID-19 cleaning standards.
• Assist in the laundry room: wash, dry, fold and sort laundry.
• Maintain the linen cart and keep supplies organized.
• Ensure the security of guest rooms and guest privacy.

Education
