Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. SKILLS: Good communication skills, able to follow directions, able to work alone. Full knowledge of company and department regulations. Knowledge of policies and procedures. Ability to read, write and communicate verbally in English. Able to use phone.
