Qualifications

• Experience in housekeeping or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.

• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to Marriott's high standards, including beds, dusting, vacuuming, and replenishing supplies.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate department promptly.
• Ensure guest privacy and security by following established procedures.
